1 cup (190 g) red lentils (rinsed and soaked in water for 6 hours).
1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper.
1 teaspoon garlic powder. 3 cups (750 ml) water.
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
3 tablespoons beetroot juice.
2 teaspoons agar-agar. 1/4 cup (60 ml) water.
Cook for 10 minutes.
1/2 cup (90 g) canned white beans.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
