Фотография "“Volgar” pneumoride ATV spreads nitrate ammonium on winter crops. Two such vehicles cover about 600 hectares per day. They are garage-built, mostly from stock parts of Russian cars like UAZ and Gazelle. Engine and transmission are from Lada 2108, the cab is designed in-house, and the fertilizer tank is from Belarus (the only part that causes any kind of trouble, actually). Way cheaper than aerial cropdusting, much faster and safer for crops than with traditional tractors, and at this time of the year fertilizer greatly increases yield."
